It’s hard to know where to start in this full scan of a summer 1999 Delia’s (EXCUSE ME! dELiA*s!) catalog. Suffice it to say that I would have been happy on any of my best days in the late 1990s to even so much as remotely resemble any human being pictured on those pages. Such effortless cool. Such wide flares. Such chunky soles.

These catalogs were so important to my early teenage years and I am so happy that somebody took the time to do this.

This is so awesome. I also liked the Alloy catalog a lot. One time I tried the moon boots, long parachute skirt and “baby” tee look (in my room) and realized I looked foolish.
